Officer and Member Profiles
The Alumni Association Board of Governors (AABOG), comprised of alumni volunteers, is the leadership body of the 无忧视频 Alumni Association. Board members serve three-year terms and currently represent graduates from classes as early as 1961 and as recent as 2023. AABOG partners closely with staff, faculty and students to strengthen relationships and increase alumni support of the College.

Life Interests:
Grace Credo 鈥96 (chemistry) is a technology program manager at Intel Foundry with an extensive background in conducting silicon wafer R&D and TD and managing group chemistry labs. She has been at Intel in Santa Clara, CA for over 20 years, working in Intel Labs R&D, 3D NAND Memory R&D/TD, and, most recently, Foundry Design and IP Enablement. Prior to Intel, she spent 3 years as a research scientist at Waters Corporation in Milford, MA. She has over 20 peer-reviewed publications and over 15 granted patents in a wide variety of areas including chemical sensing, environment control, and data storage.
She enjoys working with other alumni on AABOG as the current President and previously served as VP, Secretary, and Treasurer. While at Mudd, she played intramural volleyball and flag football, was a director in the Shakespeare class production of 鈥淜ing Lear鈥, was on the yearbook committee and served in student government 鈥 Senior Class VP, Board of Trustees Student Affairs Committee, and Judicial Board. With a long-standing interest in building and maintaining connections, she currently serves on the admin team for Mudd alumni LinkedIn and Facebook groups. Grace met her husband while in chem grad school at UC Santa Barbara and has 1 daughter. She enjoys planning family trips and reunions (grade school, high school, and college), coaching her kid in volleyball, and attending comedy shows, concerts, and theater.

Neil Laughlin 鈥96 (biology, he/him) studied lizard physiology with Professor Steven Adolph and was in the founding class of Linde Dorm residents. His career took a sharp right turn from a Stanford biological sciences graduate program into a 30 year career leading technical operations and site reliability engineering teams for Internet services. He reconnected with Mudd in 2016 after a long hiatus, and was reminded that he really enjoys talking with students and the HMC community. As an AABOG member, he focuses on creating opportunities for students to learn about the technology industry. He is a vice president of software and infrastructure engineering at AuditBoard, an enterprise software-as-a-service product for auditors and risk professionals. His hobbies include travel, running, and a variety of types of gaming – tabletop RPGs, video games, and board games – and he’s always up for a virtual board game with community members!

Joe Sinopoli 鈥17 is a serial startup employee, having led the design and construction of many manufacturing facilities in the 3D printing, orthodontics, and green energy industries. Since graduating from HMC in 2017, Joe moved between the Boston and SF Bay Area before finally re-settling back in Claremont with his wife, a fellow Mudd alum. He greatly enjoys keeping growing organizations organized and competitive using the newest operations technologies.
Within AABOG, Joe is excited to currently serve as Vice President and the Outreach Committee chair, focusing on connecting students with alumni for professional networking opportunities. Previously, Joe has also served as Treasurer and Selections Committee chair. He is always excited to meet and highlight new alumni within our amazing community, as well as help HMC fundraise to further achieve its mission of graduating competent, cross-functional, and thoughtful 无忧视频 professionals!

Jacey Coniff 鈥18 (she/her) enjoyed the cross-disciplinary focus of Harvey Mudd and so while she graduated with an engineering degree she also took classes in physics, Spanish literature, and art. Any of her time not spent studying or hanging out with friends during college was spent on the soccer field as a captain of the CMS Women’s soccer team.
Jacey currently lives in San Francisco and works at Mainspring Energy as an R&D Test Engineering manager. This role is the perfect confluence of cross-disciplinary knowledge, hands-on work, and her passion for developing sustainable technologies. Outside of work she loves spending time with friends, running and hiking around SF, and hanging out with her dog, Hazel, and husband (who she started dating at Mudd). She also enjoys meeting up with fellow alumni and appreciates the opportunity to connect with a wider range of alumni as part of serving on AABOG.

Dan Borton 鈥90 (engineering) is a retired project manager/procurement professional from Amgen, and currently part of the LA28 Venue Renovation team. He has over 35 years of Capital Project experience in the Pharma/BioTech field, supporting various facility construction projects in California, Singapore, Rhode Island, and Ohio. Dan is also an active Past President of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) LA Chapter. He was on the HMC Clinic Advisory Council for over 10 years while at Amgen.
He enjoys educating high schoolers about 无忧视频, as well as helping Harvey Mudd students and alumni learn more about careers in the Pharmaceutical/BioTech field. Outside of work, Dan continues to competitively swims after four years on the CMS swim team, and is an LA Kings season ticket holder. Dan lives with his wife and son in Glendale CA.

Kathy French 鈥97 is the Senior Vice President for environmental, health and safety for electric power generating assets at LS Power where she and her team make sure their generating assets remain in compliance with their assorted聽permits and appliable聽laws and regulations.聽 She has been at LS Power for 25 years.
She loves connecting with Mudders as part of her duties on the HMC Alumni Association Board of Trustees and is currently serving as Chair of the Selections Committee but has held the positions of President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer. She has made St Louis, Missouri her home for the last 25 years but loves seeing other cultures and areas of the world through cruising and is passionate about genealogy and quilting.
