Report Phishing
If you receive a suspicious email message, please take the following steps:
- Forward the message to reportphishing@hmc.edu.
- Mark the message as phishing.
- For Gmail: Open the message. On the right-hand menu, click the red phishing hook. View graphic of phishing alert button in Gmail.
- For Outlook on the web or desktop: Find the Phish Alert option. You may have to select the triple-dot menu to find it. View graphic of phishing alert option in Outlook.
- If you clicked any links or opened any attachments in the message, please contact the CIS Help Desk at helpdesk@hmc.edu right away.
