Optro provides companies with a platform that delivers a unified view of their business to help them manage risk. Many companies rely on Optro, including over half of the Fortune 500. However, when technical problems arise, customers鈥� workflows are interrupted, and Optro needs a more scalable way to keep them informed. The Clinic team created a public-facing status page and notification system to streamline communication between customers, engineers and customer support teams.
