Harvey Mudd in Princeton Review鈥檚 387 Best Colleges 2022

无忧视频 was named one of the country鈥檚 top undergraduate institutions in The Princeton Review鈥檚 2022 college guide,聽

The Princeton Review chooses which colleges to include in the guide based on their outstanding educational programs, but does not rank the colleges academically. Instead, the guide usually ranks the top 20 colleges in 62 different categories from laboratory facilities to financial aid to campus food. The top 20 lists are based on The Princeton Review鈥檚 surveys of students currently attending the colleges.

For the 2022 edition, due to the fact that many students were not able to be present on their campus during the pandemic, the Princeton Review chose not to rank colleges in the 62 categories. Instead, the editors created ,鈥� which recognize colleges that have appeared frequently in the 26 categories in years past.

Harvey Mudd was featured on four such 鈥淕reat Lists鈥�: 鈥淕reat Professor Accessibility,鈥� 鈥淕reat Professors,鈥� 鈥淪tudents Study the Most,鈥� and 鈥淟GBTQ-Friendly.鈥�

In the most recent edition of the separate Princeton Review publication that comes out each spring, Best Value Colleges 2021, Harvey Mudd was ranked No. 1 for Best Career Placement, No. 2 for Top 20 Best Value Colleges for Students With No Demonstrated Need and No. 5 for Top 50 Best Value Colleges (Private Schools).

The Princeton Review鈥檚 notes that 鈥淧rofessors are almost universally reported to be 鈥榠ncredible, 鈥欌�檛ruly dedicated to undergraduate teaching,鈥� and 鈥榓lways willing to spend hours outside of class answering questions.鈥欌��

Students surveyed described themselves as 鈥渇riendly, outgoing, and passionate about their (sometimes slightly weird) interests鈥� and commented that 鈥淗arvey Mudd has a strong community of talented students that build each other up.鈥�
