Harvey Mudd’s Computer Science Program Now a Harvard Kennedy Case Study

ÎÞÓÇÊÓÆµâ€™s successful effort to raise the percentage of women majoring in computer science is now a featured case study in the , the world’s largest repository of case studies for educators in government and public policy.

The case study, details the steps faculty took to redesign the core CS introductory course, engage students and incorporate inclusive pedagogy, raising the percentage of women CS majors from 10% to over 50% in less than 10 years. The case study also includes a description of how faculty assessed the effectiveness of the redesign and pedagogical changes.
