{"id":1797,"date":"2013-06-05T09:30:31","date_gmt":"2013-06-05T16:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/about-hmc\/?p=1797"},"modified":"2014-01-16T19:17:51","modified_gmt":"2014-01-17T03:17:51","slug":"students-and-faculty-pursue-research-together","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hmc.edu\/about\/2013\/06\/05\/students-and-faculty-pursue-research-together\/","title":{"rendered":"Students and Faculty Pursue Research Together"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While some spend summer basking in the sun, about 200 ÎÞÓÇÊÓƵ students will pursue summer research projects alongside 46 faculty members in biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, mathematics and physics.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly 100 projects will be underway, ranging from tissue engineering and nanoelectrochemistry to shark tracking and robotics.
